Puff printing, also known as Emboss Print, can be incorporated into any portion of a design Aaron Judge 4th Hr in a winner take all game Most in MLB history ALDS shirt . Contrary to what you see, it is not a high-density print, and actually quite subtle of a technique that’s part design, part texturizing. Puff ink is a plastisol-based ink that is modified with the addition of heat-reactive foaming additive. The biggest mistake printer makes with this technique is putting too much foaming agent. With the proper ink deposit, the puff ink technique could be the perfect accent to elevate your designs. Printed like a traditional plastisol ink with a heavy deposit, once pulled out of the dryer and cooled, you’re able to literally crack it with your hands—allowing you to control the placement of the crackle effect. Digital Printing is often considered a faster option for smaller orders. Though it is faster (in the short run), depending on how large your image is, the time to print each shirt can vary drastically. The speed of items printed using the DTG method usually stays the same, and is minimally affected by setup times vs how many items are in your order. Because of this, Screen Printing is often recommended for those making bulk orders.

Purchased August 2020, ‘heavy cotton’ 100% cotton, color ordered and received is pure white, made in Nicaragua, with no odor when new. Fabric is thick enough to be opaque and not so small to be form fitting (I am pretty wide), suitable for wear as a shirt as well as an undergarment. My XL was really an XL-long which means it has a long trunk section that will not come un-tucked (plumbers crack for instance) but not so long it looks odd if you wear it un-tucked. Double stitching at seams with an arm length slightly above the elbow. This is ideal for applying company logos, or tie dye. Perfect for a full figured male (or female) or a thin person who doesn’t want a clingy fit. Completely satisfied.

These shirts are nice. They are lighter than the hanes heavy cotton shirts. They feel good and fit as expected. They are really comfortable and cooler than most of my shirts.
